Export and Logistics Management

Container loading, customs and document preparation

Export and Logistics Management

All Incoterms options from EXW to DAP; loading photos and documents on the same day.

Freight included in the quote

As a heavy and fragile product, natural stone logistics needs special knowledge. The product must be loaded into a container with correct load distribution, fixing and protection; otherwise cracks and breakage occur in transit.

Scope of service

  • Container booking and loading plan (A-frame fixing, wooden blocks)
  • Export customs formalities and exit declaration
  • Origin certificate, EUR.1 / A.TR, invoice, packing list and test reports
  • Insurance and letter-of-credit management
  • Tracking to the destination port and buyer notifications

Average transit times

From İzmir port the transit to Rotterdam takes 9–11 days, Jebel Ali 12–16, Doha 14–18 and London 10–13. Times vary with consolidation, sailing frequency and seasonal congestion; exact dates are given together with the proforma.

Problem solving and damage management

If damage occurs in transit, loading photos and insurance documents are activated at once. Our team makes the damage assessment with the buyer and, if needed, adds a replacement to the first available container. In case of customs delays, document corrections are prepared the same day.

Scope of service

  • All Incoterms options
  • Loading photo/video report
  • Documents sent the same day
  • Insurance and L/C support

Frequently asked questions

What is the minimum order quantity?
We suggest one container (12–15 m³) for blocks, about 500 m² for slabs and 200 m² for cut-to-size products. We can offer special arrangements for samples and small first orders.
Can I get samples?
Yes. We send 30x30 cm sample tiles free of charge; the courier cost is for the buyer. For large projects we also prepare an A4-size finish comparison set.
What is the lead time?
Slabs in stock are ready in 7 days and made-to-order production in 3–5 weeks. Sea transit takes 9–14 days to Europe and 12–18 days to the Gulf.
What are the payment terms?
Usually 30% in advance and the balance against shipping documents (T/T) or by letter of credit (L/C). For new customers an L/C and insurance are recommended.
How are slabs selected and tones checked?
Slabs are photographed and numbered one by one. In large projects block-to-block matching is done and loading follows the buyer's approval. You may also select on site at our plant.
